Cavalry were the most important and elite part of all Mughul armies throughout the Empire's 250 year history.
Slightly lesser armoured than the ahadis, these unbarded cavalry figures represent the dakhilis and tabinan classes of cavalry which were often recruited by and loyal to a specific mansabdar (cavalry officer).
