DELIVERY METHODS

We ship all deliveries via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service, unless requested or agreed otherwise with the customer. For international deliveries we also add "signature required" as a way of further ensuring the safe arrival of your order. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Items ordered with the note "In Stock" are usually shipped within 24-36 hours of the order being received.

Items displaying "Special Order" are usually items that require having the item either specially manufactured or ordered from the manufacturer as a special request to our usual stock holding. These items. depending on the supplier and external factors such as HM Customs checks, flight delays etc can take up to 60 days to fulfil; but are quite often much sooner as we generally get restock deliveries every four weeks or so. If in doubt about timescales, please contact us and we will endeavour to give you an accurate delivery time in advance.
